Frequently Asked Questions
You may drive on streets in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. All of our UTVs are street legal. We provide paper maps and offline digital directions to the scenic trails mentioned on our Driving Trails page.
Off-roading is not allowed.
We accept walk-ins, and do not require a reservation, but we highly recommend it, especially during the busy tourist season. You can book online as late as 2 hours before your vehicle pick up time.
Pets are allowed, but you are responsible for your vehicle during your rental. We recommend bringing a blanket or two to prevent any damage to the interior of the vehicles.
Yes, all of our vehicles are automatic.
We have plenty of parking spaces for you to park your vehicle at our shop.
There is a temporary $500 hold that is released when the UTV is returned to us.
We do allow you to reschedule due to rain at our discretion.
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental, you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee to cover booking fees.

Weather Policy

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and apple pay.
It is full at pickup. You will be required to top it off before you return.
No refunds or changes are given once you leave with the rental.
Drivers must be at least 21 and have Proof of Auto Insurance in driver’s name and have completed our rental agreement prior to departure.
No. Only the fully enclosed 6-seater models include heat and A/C. You must select a 6-seater listed with heat and A/C to have this option.
